Blue Skies


We have been lucky enough to have gotten some blue sky this week. You sometimes don't realize how drab the days can be until you get a fantastic sunny one. Perhaps that was my inspiration earlier this week. Blue sky background it is.

Iris (19-14)

Another iris for the collection. This is a part of the spring collection that I am working on. I kept the background simple so the focus was on the main attraction, the bloom. The purple is a deep variation of colour and the top of the bloom is a gauzy white.  This artwork could work in any room. Spring time!

Spring is here! Although some days are still rather cool, the sun is shining more.  The rain has made everything nice and green and the gardening centers are really busy!
