Tulips

I take a lot of photos ahead of time.
This past spring I did a photo shoot with tulips. I take a lot of pictures but usually I only use 1-3 at most. This grouping was no exception.
I had planned to finish this work sooner but it's here and finished.

Iris (19-14)

Another iris for the collection. This is a part of the spring collection that I am working on. I kept the background simple so the focus was on the main attraction, the bloom. The purple is a deep variation of colour and the top of the bloom is a gauzy white.  This artwork could work in any room. It's small size allows for it to be a part of a larger compilation or in smaller spaces such as hallways, kitchen, or bathrooms. Iris (19-14) 6" by 6" oil on canvas board Click to buy with Paypal
