This one was a photograph that I took a year or so back and I just wasn't ready for it yet. I take a lot of pictures because you never know when you will need a reference. I was playing around with the lighting in these shots and I really enjoyed the volume of all the flowers. There's a little less movement in this one, so if you're someone who wants subtle intrigue, this one is for you.

Tulips

This is one of my favorite paintings. Nobody has bought it yet. It's just 8"x8" but it has so much presence. I think its time that it goes to a nice home.

Happy New Year!

Another thank you to those of you who supported me last year.  It was a great year and I learned a lot.  Here's to hoping that this upcoming year will be just as good, if not better. Maybe I'll even use a different colour other than pink.
