Red Maple is available in Print! It takes a bit of time to get the colors right. Hopefully it's worth it in the end. Right now I have 8" x 10" available. (The original painting was 16" x 20")  

  I have finally named this one. As the end gets closer and I see all the leaves, vines, twigs and leaves envelope and surround the flowers I can only call this "Wonderland".  These corner flowers came out really amazing! It's a wonder I am still sane.  This one tested my endurance, that is for sure. Still not finished. But I am almost there. "Wonderland" 24" x 30" x 1.5"

 Here's a quick look at a medium sized canvas that I have worked on. The canvas is 16" by 16" and I first start out with trying to get the base colors all rendered in. The next step I do is start to fill it in with details and more realistic color. I do a lot of correcting.  It looks and feels a lot like fiddling but I think that is the only way to learn. For a painting this size, it takes about three or four paint days. I'll paint the first day until everything is wet, then I wait for it to dry. This process continues until I get it right. Gotta keep trying.

  One more added to last years Spring Collection. I'm going to make print collections. Hopefully I will have something to show soon.

Prints are going to be available soon! I have been going through all the paintings (many that have already sold)  and created photo files for the printers.  Getting the right white and not have the shine is harder than it looks.  It takes a few tries. Here's an example of "Sunshine" (#20-05) 8'x8" The color is almost the same. Getting closer. Can you tell which one is the print? I will have multiple sizes available for each painting. (6"x6", 8"x8", 8"x10") I will create sizes for frames that are easily found (Walmart, Michaels, Ikea). These prints will be affordable. I am also creating prints for my larger works for the first time. These prints will be available in sizes 8"x10", 12"x16" and 16"x20 to start. There will also be a custom option available as well.
